1. Definitions
-
"Course" — the System365 digital training program consisting of pre-recorded video lessons and accompanying materials, delivered electronically via the Bot and/or the Sites. The Course is a general educational product and is
not individualised to any User.
- "Tariff Plan" — the level of access purchased by the User, being Basic,
Premium, or VIP. The Basic plan grants access to the Course only. The Premium
and VIP plans grant access to the Course together with a Support Package. - "Support Package" — the time-limited support service included in the Premium
and VIP Tariff Plans, consisting of educational guidance, structure, and accountability in relation to the Course material, together with responses to User questions about that material. A Support Package is not a subscription, does not renew automatically, and does not constitute an individual nutritional, dietetic, or medical assessment. - "Support Period" — the period during which a Support Package is available:
fourteen (14) calendar days for Premium and twenty-eight (28) calendar days
for VIP, in each case commencing on the date on which Access Credentials are
first issued to the User. Where a User purchases a further Support Package
while a Support Period is still running, the new period is added to the
unexpired remainder rather than replacing it. - "Access Credentials" — the one-time password (OTP) and any other means of access issued to the User under clause 7.2.
- "Sites" — collectively, the Store () and the Course Platform (). The Store is the sole sales platform; the Course Platform serves exclusively as an alternative access point to purchased Course content.
- "Physical Products" — training equipment, accessories, and related merchandise sold through the Store.
- "Services" — collectively, the Course, Support Packages, and any other services offered by System365.
- "Content" — all text, video, audio, images, meal plate examples, training plans, nutritional guidance, and other materials made available through the Sites, the Bot, or the Course.
