I got this mat because I have a regular rolling one but I don’t use the full length of it. I use it for support of my upper body when I’m doing pushups and planks. Normally I have to fold the roll up mat in half or thirds to get enough thickness and ensure it doesn’t get in the way of my feet. So I got this mat instead and it did not disappoint! This mat opens to the size of a standard mat but easily folds into smaller, thicker, segments for more targeted support and workouts. The cushion is great, the design is great, it is slip resistant. This is exactly what I was looking for as I wanted something I could easily fit in my gym bag and not have to buy a super thick rolling mat just for wrist support in pushups. This is an excellent value for the money and I would recommend!

Although it’s marketed as a travel yoga mat, I actually purchased it for home gym use—and I’m glad I did. When folded, it’s bulky and square, making it a bit awkward to carry around compared to traditional rolled mats. However, it fits perfectly on standard gym shelving, which makes storage at home super convenient.

This foldable yoga mat is good quality, overall. Good thickness and compression for the foam. That's not the most stand-out part though, because that must be the foldability of this mat. Previously we had a mat of similar quality, but needing to roll it and store it that way meant it used up quite a bit of space in the small yoga room. Instead, this folds up so easily and has such a small footprint that it can easily just be stored on the floor in the corner with things piled right on top!

What really stands out is the comfort. The mat is generously sized, especially in length, and the spongy texture provides excellent cushioning—perfect for harder surfaces like our home gym floor. Because it folds, it doesn’t lie completely flat during use, but it still offers great comfort and stability during stretches or low-impact exercises.

This yoga mat is great! Came folded into a square which is amazing for storage purposes. The material is super durable and thick (see pictures attached) and it is easy to unfold and lay our and refold again after use. The color I got (grey ) is exactly as advertised (but the other color options are great too!) and it fit perfectly in our home gym - might even be slightly longer than your average yoga mat. I have used it multiple times a week for yoga / resistance workouts and it has held up very well and functions great. The price is also excellent for the quality of the material. Love how easy it is to store and how thick it is and would highly recommend!
